CAROLINE JOHNSON

DIRECTOR

Caroline has more than 20 years' Management Consulting experience in the Marketing Services sector. Her career originally started in Advertising at Grey before taking Partner roles in leading Management Consulting firms. In 2000 Caroline joined Results International, a leading global Corporate Advisory firm as Partner to head up its Strategic Consulting practice.

Caroline founded The Clear Partnership in 2010 to specialise in Business Model Transformation for the global Marketing Services industry.  Since launch, Caroline and her team continue to develop world leading IP and proven programme methodology, advising network agencies and leading independents within the UK and US. Creating the strongest case studies for future-fit and commercially transformed agency models.

SARA FIELDING

PROGRAMME MANAGER AND DATA ANALYST

Starting an advertising career in London, Sara then worked over 6 years for Leo Burnett in global account management roles in Hong Kong and Singapore. She helped establish Burnett's first China office in Guangzhou. Sara then launched Adarco Limited in Bangkok, a specialist strategic consultancy practice for the advertising and marketing sectors, while also helping to position and organise ADFEST, the largest regional creative awards, which she continues to help run today. Sara returned to London to join Results International working on M&A assignments and transferring to the Strategic Consulting Practice, where she applied her commercial expertise to extend and drive value for marketing services.

In 2010 Sara set up The Clear Partnership with Caroline Johnson. Her ability to take financial data and translate it visually into ‘the real story behind the numbers’ and how to extend this into a transformed future model is unsurpassed in the industry.
